 Be your authentic self, Stop FAKING it !!! Originality would take you far in life. Fake life would only bring ruins in the short or long run. One smart fox would sniff out the scent of fakeness soon and there the journey to a downward spiral begins. Imagine having gone so far in life only for your fakeness to be discovered. Oops! Not a good end, right? Should you fall under the category of those who have falsified their age, lied about work experiences on their CV, provided wrong information to the employer just to get the job, did not tell the truth about any health challenges, provided a falsified educational certificate, and used all other fake paraphernalia just to get ahead in life, you are living a fake life. Improper workplace onboarding process has multiple impact on both the employee and the organisation. How can a new hire be expected to start delivering humongous performance work outputs within a month or three months of being hired? Sounds ridiculous, right? According to SHRM , a strategic onboarding process starts from day one of the hire to about a year. It therefore takes a new hire an average of five months to a year of being employed with an organisation to start churning out high performance work deliverables.
