Quantity over Quality? A Hiring Manager's Decision

  Should the years of experience be a priority in a hiring decision rather than the impact that has been made by a person regardless of the tenure of service / work experience? 🤷🏻‍♀️   Quality = (Curios Mindset) * (Agility + Resourcefulness + Development) / (Impact)   When making a hiring decision Recruiting Manager , would you rather shortlist a person with a longer work tenure or years of experience but has made little impact in the course of their career over one who has less, but has impacted the organisations they worked with through the quality of work done?   Basically, the disruptions in the world of work has affected how organisations recruit and the Millennials and Gen Zs' are also changing the dynamics.   Let's MUSE on this.
