Organisational Change is a constant Evolving Process
The inevitability of Organisational CHANGE.... I needed to share this story because it buttresses the fact that only people with foresight, a strategy of planning, those who are aware of trends and how it would affect their lives and businesses and analyse how the results of their findings would benefit them progressively would dominate in their areas of industry. About nine years ago, I led the HR function of an organisation operating in the digital space and one of the HR initiatives I was particularly passionate about was a flexible working structure currently termed Hybrid Working . At that time, the use of technology was in full bloom and a lot of big brands were tilted towards using the social media to capture certain target market for their products and services.
